Returns Policy (or lack thereof)
To better care for our planet we don't accept returns, but rather encourage you to donate clothing to local organizations or your favorite cousin. However, don't fret, we will provide you with store credit up to 50% of your purchase price (excluding tax and shipping). Please review the sizing guide and fit information before purchasing. Someday we will have a physical store where you can try on our products before buying!

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be provided credit. But it will become our dog's new favorite shirt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
